Beautify

HAIR CARE

This week for my beautify segment I decided to deal with hair! This article will tell you just what products can help you maintain manageable hair for an easy back-to-school transition.

My hair is really thick, curly, and wavy, so as you can imagine it is a hassle to deal with. I have tried so many products but nothing has worked better the Herbal Essences. I love it so much but of course like everything I have my favorites. Here are my favorite ones:

Nothing is ever better than the original and Herbal Essences "Hello Hydration" always does the trick when it comes to making my hair go from dry and "poofy" to slick and soft!

I also have very long hair so I love to use Herbal Essences "Long Term Relationship" to condition my hair from head-to-toe! It makes sure every part of my hair is smooth and silky as well as takes care of my split ends.

SHHHH...MY ULTIMATE SECRET!!!!

Whether you have time to rinse your hair during your shower or not you must be sure to carve out 2 seconds of your time to apply this coconut milk (coconut oil). Not only does it add shine like no other but it helps keep your hair frizz free too! Plus it will leave your hair smelling amazing and it's cheap!

If you have any further questions about hair care or even different types of hair styles that you are interested in learning how to do leave a COMMENT below with your name and I will either post a new article or video to my youtube channel with your name!!!

Observation Sensation

Have you ever just starred at people. Before you freak out and say I don't want to be a weirdo just starring at people think about it. The french do it all the time. They just sit in there little cafes drinking coffee and watching people go by. Now granted it may not be all for style but I think this is something we should all try. People can be a big source of inspiration and new ideas. You could be the most fashionable at school, work, or daily life but like everything there is always room to grow or improve. With that note I encourage you to look around, take a glance, observe new styles. See what you find and let me know. I promise you it's not that hard just take a picture, comment on this post, tell me the styles you see.        Hopefully, last week you discovered your own personal style. Now moving on from your own personal style now extending yourself to learn from others is a hard task if your not open minded and you become to ju...

Stylize

The first Stylize project I decided to do was something at the South Bay Galleria called Project Style. This was a competition where I could incorporate my style with what was trending. It was an amazing opportunity were you compete against other girls of all ages for the ultimate prize....to attend Mercedes-Benz Fashion week in New York, receive a $1000 gift card to South Bay Galleria , and move on to the national round.        My journey with Project Style started on July 31st when after 2 years of watching other girls on the stage showing off there style I decide I wanted to show off my own, so I entered. Not thinking I would get chosen, when I got a call that i was in I was thrilled.  I was given $150 for the first round to go around the mall and piece an outfit together that was both trendy and creative. Boy was that crazy. I ran around the mall with my little sister picking out clothes an putting them together to create a...
